Tyler is a Bay Area native and has been living in the San Jose area since 2007. He graduated from Biola University and Western Seminary. Tyler is the author of zero books, but he has read a few. He lives in San Jose with his beautiful wife and his three amazing kids. Tyler is a lifelong and die-hard fan of the Warriors. He has been serving at Lincoln Glen since January of 2019. Lincoln Glen means so much to Tyler’s family because his wife grew up going to Lincoln Glen.

Evelyn, a bilingual Missouri native, has called California her home for over 20 years. She is the daughter of Pastors Richard and Debra Lax. She has the heart of a missionary, a deep love for God, children, art, food, language and of course music! She is the recent recipient of two associate’s degrees; one in Liberal Arts and Humanities and the other in Spanish. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Spanish Degree at San Jose State University.

Larry Albright became the first Minister of Music for Lincoln Glen Church in 1978. He is currently serving the church as the Pastor of Care and is active in worship and small group leadership at LGC. Larry graduated from Tabor College in Kansas in 1976 and was married that same year to Debi Albright. After teaching music in the state of Kansas for 2 years, Larry and Debi accepted the offer to serve at Lincoln Glen in music Ministry. Larry and Debi have been married for over 40 years and serving at LGC for over 40 years. The Albrights have 2 daughters, Angela and Kristen.

Julie was born and raised in San Jose. She attended San Jose State and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Julie married her husband, Darren, in 2000, and together they have 2 fabulous daughters, Jenny and Claire, and a rambunctious dog, Zoey. Julie is excited to be on staff at Lincoln Glen!

Karen is a long time San Jose resident and a California native. She graduated from SDSU with an Applied Bachelors in Theater Arts. She received her teaching credential from SJSU. Now retired from teaching, she enjoys being a member of the Worship Team, working with our youth and serving in the Nursery at our church.

Esther supports the mission of our church in many ways! One of her greatest gifts is the ability to make it fun to come to work. Because of this she was given the title Chief Moral Officer! Ether is originally from Oregon but has been living in San Jose since 1971. She is married to Reggie and they have a son, daughter, stepdaughter and 4 wonderful grandchildren. She retired from being an office manager at a Law Firm in 2000. She started volunteering at Lincoln Glen in the same year. She has been helping in the office and currently is working with the church’s finances. Esther and her husband have attended Lincoln Glen since 1997.

Kathleen Nicolas has been volunteering at Lincoln Glen Church for over 10 years! She is in charge of gathering all the music sheets from Sunday’s Worship Service and organizes them every week. She is also a part of the Silicon Valley Diversified Network program run by Hope Services. Kathleen enjoys golf, dancing and she bakes the best cookies!
